Once you have your Netflix account details, setting up each device takes a few minutes. Here is how to do it on the three most common devices.
On a phone or tablet
Install the Netflix app from the Google Play Store or the App Store, open it, choose Sign In and enter the email and password you received. Select your profile and start watching.
On a laptop or computer
Open netflix.com in your browser, choose Sign In and enter your details. You can also install the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store on Windows.
On a smart TV
Open the Netflix app from your TV menu, or install it from your TV app store. Choose Sign In and enter your email and password using the remote. Some TVs also show a code you can enter on your phone.
If sign-in does not work
Check the email and password for typing mistakes, make sure your device has a stable internet connection, and update the Netflix app. If the problem continues, message our support team on WhatsApp with your order number.
Keep your account safe
Use only the profile assigned to you, do not change the account email or password unless your seller says you can, and do not share the login with others.
