1. The price is far below everyone else
A price that is a fraction of the usual market rate usually means a catch: a short-lived account, a shared login you cannot control, or no delivery at all.
2. There are no business details
A genuine seller shows a trade licence, a physical address and working contact channels. If you cannot find who runs the store, do not pay.
