After purchasing a digital product or subscription from Techiyan.com and after getting successful delivery through Techiyan.com support (WhatsApp, Email, Sms, Messenger, or Telegram) channel then after getting confirmation from the customer’s end that everything is okay and good to go then-No refund will be made as we mostly take 1-month subscription fee at a time.

1.1 For Netflix Subscription

We’re providing the subscription at the cheapest price possible. For this, we’re providing a Turkey region account that automatically switched to the BD region that was running smoothly for a couple of years. If there any location issues arise in the account like “pardon the interruption, your account can’t be used in this location” or “Your device isn’t part of the Netflix Household for this account”, then we’re providing no refund or replacement. Customers have to use a VPN to solve the issue Or have to follow the instructions that Netflix will suggest.

Also, If Netflix increases its subscription fee then customers have to pay for it. If a customer doesn’t want to continue the subscription with the new price then no refund will be provided, Any customer can discontinue the subscription. If a customer takes more than a 1-month subscription then they’ll get a refund for the remaining months but a 1-month subscription fee will be deducted from the total subscription fee.

1.2 For other Subscriptions except for Netflix

For any other subscriptions except Netflix, customers will get a replacement if the issue occurred from our end. As you know we are just providing 3rd party service, We’re purchasing from them and providing them to our customers. We’re like a via or media. So, everything isn’t in our hands. Any problem or issue or interruption can happen at any time as It totally depends on the subscription company.

If the problem arises from the subscription company ends then we’re not responsible for that, for this, no replacement or refund will be made. If someone takes more than a 1-month subscription then they’ll get a refund for the remaining months but a 1-month subscription fee will be deducted from the total subscription fee. But don’t worry you’ll get the best support from our end regarding this.

1.3 Discontinuing the subscription

Any customer of techiyan.com can discontinue any subscription. If a customer takes more than a 1-month subscription then they’ll get a refund for the remaining months but a 1-month subscription fee will be deducted from the total subscription fee. If a customer just paid for only just for 1 month then no refund will be made. They can just discontinue the subscription without mentioning us.

There’s NO refund for any redeemable subscription code that’s already been delivered to you. That means you’re not eligible to get a refund when you receive any redeemable subscription code. Furthermore, please note that refunds are not provided if a customer deems the product unsuitable for their needs. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
